Our Design & Marketing Approach
We start with your goals . . .

Your goals are of utmost importance to us. When we take on your graphic design, website design, marketing or social media project, we ask lots of questions (and we listen!) so that we know how to meet those goals.

Below are some of the projects that we are currently working on and insights on our approach in order to meet client goals.

Association and Advocacy Group Website Design

First, we presented AAG with a worksheet to help us better determine what their goals were for their site. This worksheet helps us develop the site so that it meets client expectations and future growth goals. A big concern was the ability to make their own updates to the site so we built this site on the WordPress CMS platform and utilized an existing template design to keep costs down. Because they had a limited budget and schedule, it was decided that we'd take a "phased" approach to their site development. This initial phase gives them a professional web presence and when they are ready to expand into a more "engaging" platform with a blog and information downloads, it will be easy and cost effective to add these components.

Sunset Stone Catalog Design

For their 2010 product catalog, Sunset Stone was ready for an updated look but they wanted to maintain their brand consistency. They asked us to show them some options for achieving these goals and they were thrilled with the design direction. The finished brochure will be 32 pages and printed by a trusted local printer who was able to give them very competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. That's a big goal at U Creative Group—save our clients money while maintaining the highest of design, print and customer service standards.

Tarp-Rite Website Design

"Keep the cost down, maintain existing brand look/feel and set our website up so that we can make our own changes." This was the direction from our friends at Tarp-Rite Dust Containment. We set their site up on a WordPress CMS platform and, again, customized an existing template to keep costs reasonable. Based in their future goals, we set this site up so that they can easily add an e-commerce function when needed. Should they decide to utilize blogging or other social media tools, we can easily and inexpensively add this functionality.

Mountain High Yoghurt Website Migration to CMS

Mountain High Yoghurt, a client for over 6 years now, asked us to come up with a solution that would allow them to cost effectively add a recipe search function, recipe rating system and also make it easier for their internal team to make site edits and updates. Again, a content management system (CMS) was the answer. We were able to move the entire site (over 750 pages!) to the CMS which easily allowed the addition of the search and rating systems (plus some more goodies that they didn't even ask for) at a fraction of the cost of some other bids they received.

TallGrass Website (Redesign Homepage & CMS Migration)

TallGrass wanted to update their site to speak more directly to the different kinds of visitors that visit their site, so we updated their home page to include links for specific audience types, then linked each to specific content that each audience would be most interested in. In order to facilitate easier changes to the site, we are also moving the TallGrass site to a Joomla CMS. Site updates and migration should be complete by July 15th. Stay tuned!
